pre-commit auto remove unneeded whitespace in idl files (#380)I know way to many files and changes for a standard pull request.I can make a smaller PR if needed.Ran pre-commit here locally to auto clean up all this trialing whitespaceUp for review. Many spelling fixes: directories h* - p*.Attempt to clean up most but certainly not all the spellingmistakes that found home in OpenOffice through decades.
