pre-commit: auto remove unneeded trailing whitespace from Makefiles (#378)

Cleaned up some whitespace in the Makefiles

Port main/sane and main/rdbmaker to gbuild.
Add reg to our known libraries (Windows implementation guessed).
Update Module_ooo.mk with unixODBC too.
