mistakes that found home in OpenOffice through decades. We
could probably blame the international nature of the code but
it is somewhat shameful that this wasn't done before.

sal: commented WaitForSingleObject (g_cache_list.m_update_thread, INFINITE), which can lead a deadlock when unloading the sal3.dll after register UAccCOM.dll.
